Upgrading Your MyCase Account

When your firm is ready to upgrade your account, you can enter your billing information directly into your MyCase account.

To do this, click your name at the top of your MyCase account and click 'Upgrade Today' (see below).

Once this is clicked, you can enter in your billing information.

When you click to save your billing information, your credit card will be charged that day.

Your subscription fee is based on your tier and the number of firm users on your account. MyCase pricing is as follows:

Monthly Subscription (all tiers billed monthly):

  • $49 per user/month on the Basic tier

  • $89 per user/month on the Pro (default) tier

  • $109 per user/month on the Advanced tier

Annual Subscription (all tiers billed annually):

  • $39 per user/month on the Basic tier, billed annually

  • $79 per user/month on the Pro (default) tier, billed annually

  • $99 per user/month on the Advanced tier, billed annually

After you enter your billing information, you can choose whether your subscription should be billed monthly or annually (see image below) by going to your Settings > Firm Settings.
