Updating Your Firm's Payment Information

This article will walk you through updating the credit/debit card that is on file for your law firm and reviewing your current subscription.

This article will walk you through updating the credit/debit card that is on file for your law firm and reviewing your current subscription plan.

OVERVIEW

Please Note: Only the Admin user(s) of your law firm will be able to update the firm's payment information.

To open the Settings page, click on the Settings button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select All Settings from the drop-down menu.

In the left-hand menu, click on Firm Settings. Then scroll down to My Payment Information.

If you currently have a credit/debit card on file with MyCase, you will see a preview of the card on this screen.

Click the button labeled Edit Payment Information.

Enter the credit/debit card information for the new card that you would like to keep on file.

Once complete, click Save Billing Information.

Reviewing your current subscription plan

To review your MyCase subscription plan open the Settings page by clicking on your name in the top right corner. In the left-hand menu, click on Firm Settings. To the right, look for the Billing plan section to review your current subscription.
